Using the best locally sourced and seasonal Scottish food – as local natural and organic as we can get it. Enjoy our wide selection of Real Ales, Organic wines, Scottish Gins and un-chillfiltered single malts.
At Glenuig Inn, we regularly change our menu to reflect the seasons and make the most of the larder on our doorstep. Freshly prepared dishes, delicious flavours and something for everyone is our speciality.
You’ll find a selection of fish and seafood dishes reflecting our coastal location, Scottish smoked salmon and cheeses, the best Scottish field and game, locally made bread, and fresh vibrant vegetables and salads.
Every dish is clearly marked Vegetarian (V), Vegan (Vn), Nut-free (N), Gluten-free (G) or Dairy-free (D) and other options are available, just ask.
We’re open all day every day all year and in the summer serve light lunches, smoked salmon or cheese platters, homemade soups and scones plus a mouthwatering selection of homemade cakes from 12noon to 5pm.
Our full dinner menu is from 6.00 – 8.30pm daily and booking is advisable.
We’ve removed the need for CO2 as we serve a range of real ales, natural soft drinks (no colouring or additives), mixers, juices, organic wines and a large selection of un-chillfilterd single malt whiskies and Scottish gins. . .
All our ales and ciders are brewed in Scotland, and we are proud to sell draught Scottish stout, bitter, and pale ales; we even have a continental lager style ale for those who prefer it. As well as draught cider, we also have a range of bottled fruit and flavoured ciders.
At the last count we had over 30 different soft drinks and mixers, and not one of them has any artificial flavouring, sweetener or chemical additive.
We have deliberately turned away from the ubiquitous and mundane, away from artificial additives and global corporates. We are focused on providing real taste, real flavour and a real alternative, and we trust you too will enjoy this refreshing approach to refreshment . . .
